Shipping & Click and Collect

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day. However, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Dispatch times refer to when your order leaves Saretta, rather than when it arrives.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail and OMC Couriers to deliver our orders. Delivery charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service used. Please allow additional time during busy periods and bank holidays.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Click & Collect

Orders can be collected from Saretta, Moy, during our shop opening hours. Please wait until you receive your ready-to-collect notification before visiting, and bring your order confirmation.

Please collect your order within 7 calendar days of your ready-to-collect notification. If you need longer, contact us before the deadline to arrange an extension.

We will send a reminder before the collection deadline. If your order remains uncollected after 7 calendar days and no extension has been agreed, we may cancel your order, refund your payment to the original payment method and return the items to sale.
